With over 14 years of CAD experience, and designed over 600 parts for FDM. We can help your product seamlessly transition from design concept to reality. While maintain a high level of quality, strength, and accuracy.

With our fully automated printing processes, FDM Printing can be significantly more cost-effective than plastic injection up to 100,000 units if not more. Depending on the material, our current production capability is are between 50-100kg of material per week.

Industrial Grade Materials

Our material selection includes a wide range of options such as TPU, PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PA6, PA12, PC, PEEK, Ultem, and more.

Many of these materials can be reinforced with glass or carbon fiber to further enhance their properties.

For our consumer grade, we offer PLA, PETG, High Temp PETG, TPU, TPE.

These material coverage range:
Tensile Strength: 60 MPa
Flexural Modulus: 2400 MPa
HDT: 70C (@ 0.45MPa)
For our engineering grade, we offer PET, PCTG, ABS, ASA, Nylon (PA6, PA12), Polycarbonate.

Many of these also can be combined with glass or carbon fiber (GF/CF).

These material coverage range:
Tensile Strength: 80 MPa
Flexural Modulus: 3,800 MPa
HDT: 130C (@ 0.45MPa)
For the most demanding environment, we offer:
PETG-GF/CF/ESD, PET-CF, PA612-GF/CF, PPS, PEEK, PEI/Ultem, and other Metal substitute.

These material coverage range:
Tensile Strength: 200 MPa
Flexural Modulus: 8,600 MPa
HDT: 250C (@ 0.45MPa)

Capacity and Time

We currently have the capacity to produce up to 50kg of material per day. With our largest single print size (engineering grade) being 400mm x 400mm x 450mm.

Our operation includes a line of fully automated printers capable of continuous printing, ensuring efficient production and alleviating any time constraints you may face.

Based in Calgary, Alberta. For our local customers, depending on the size and scale of the project, we could potentially delivery your parts as quickly as the next day! Even for our distant customers, we are committed to provide fast, reliable services to meet your manufacturing needs.
